The Principals/Directors of CLS Legal are Carolyn Deigan BA LLB cdeigan@clslegal.com.au and John Tomko BA LLB jtomko@clslegal.com.au. Both Carolyn and John each have over 30 years of wide and varied experience in all size law firms acting for all types of clients from individuals to large corporations.

The Principals and our senior solicitors have also had extensive experience within industry which gives CLS Legal a practical edge over many law firms.

Before joining forces with John, Carolyn spent several years studying and writing about the problems currently being exprerienced by the legal profession. At CLS Legal we work differently from other firms to address some of those concerns.

The CLS Legal team works together cooperatively but we do not compartmentalise matters to maximise the number of lawyers that are required on a single matter. We train our team to see the whole picture and if and when required we have access to the best specialist advisors available. We therefore have flexibility of choice of those advisors depending on the complexity of the matter.
